In order to keep improving our service, we’re initiating a comprehensive new follow-up survey system throughout all of our locations,” stated Applebee’s VP of Research. “We’re going to text a survey to our guests after they’re seated, after their cocktails, after their appetizer, after their entrée, and then after dessert. We want input across the entire dining experience.”
